How to redeem Beaund NMODE PRO Beauty Device:
1. Redeem Beaund NMODE PRO Beauty Device online at FWD MAX website during the redemption period.
2. FWD MAX will send a confirmation email to members who have successfully purchased Beaund NMODE PRO Beauty Device through member’s registered email address automatically.
3. Each member can only redeem a maximum of ONE Beaund NMODE PRO Beauty Device .

During purchase, members are required to provide Hong Kong delivery address to receive Beaund NMODE PRO Beauty Device.Beaund NMODE PRO Beauty Device will be sent out in 14 working days upon the purchase is confirmed. Mailing fee is waived. FWD MAX will send a confirmation email to members who have successfully purchased Beaund NMODE PRO Beauty Device through member’s registered email address automatically. Please ensure correct information is provided (including: delivery address and recipient information) during the reward redemption process. FWD MAX will not be responsible for any delay or loss due to the wrong information provided by members.

1. The quota of reward is limited and available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. 
2. Each member could redeem a maximum of one set of reward/product.
3. All reward cannot be changed, returned, exchanged for other items or redeemed for cash.
4. Upon confirmation of the reward redemption request, neither amendment nor cancellation of the redemption item nor return will be accepted and related MAX points will be deducted automatically from your FWD MAX account.
5. FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited, which is incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability (“FWD Life”), is not the reward supplier and accepts no liability in relation thereto. The members and/or their companions will be personally responsible for any additional costs incurred due to change of program arrangement. The members and/or their companions shall resolve any disputes regarding the reward with the supplier directly. 
6. For the record of purchase (including but not limited to the date and time), FWD Life’s system record shall prevail. FWD Life will not be responsible for any delay, loss, error or unrecognised situation due to computer and / or Internet’s connection, technical problem, malfunction or accident. 
7. During purchase, members are required to provide Hong Kong delivery address to receive the reward. The reward will be sent out in 14 working days upon the purchase is confirmed. 8. To facilitate this purpose as stated in clause 7 above, FWD Life may transfer, disclose, grant access to or share the members’ personal data with data processors and service providers within or outside Hong Kong. Members have the right to request access to and, following such access, to request correction (if appropriate) held by FWD Life. Any of such request for access and correction should be made and emailed to fwdmax.hk@fwd.com. 
9. All intellectual property rights in relation to all items of this redemption activity (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, design and model rights) and other rights (including but not limited to banners, advertising property and concepts rights) shall belong to FWD Life. 
10. FWD Life reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the redemption and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.  
11. FWD Life reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of FWD Life and reward supplier (“supplier”) are final.
12. Other FWD MAX or the supplier’s terms and conditions apply.  
13. Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this material, the English version shall prevail.
