How to redeem the E-Cash Voucher:
1. Redeem the E-Cash Voucher online at FWD MAX website during the redemption period.
2. Each member can only redeem one E-Cash Voucher.
3. FWD MAX will send a confirmation email to members who have successfully redeem the E-Cash Voucher through member’s registered email address and a QR code automatically. 
4. Members are required to present the confirmation email and QR code (in your mobile device) in hana-musubi to use the E-Cash Voucher before the expiry date.

1. The amount of E-Cash Voucher(s) is limited and available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
2. Each member could only redeem one E-Cash Voucher.
3. All E-Cash Voucher(s) cannot be redeemed to cash / gift voucher nor used in conjunction with other promotional offers. 
4. Upon confirmation of the E-Cash Voucher purchase request, neither amendment nor cancellation of the purchased item nor return will be accepted and related MAX points will be deducted automatically from your FWD MAX account. The E-Cash Voucher are unique. It cannot be reused once redemption has been done.
5. FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited, which is incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability (“FWD Life”), is not the E-Cash Voucher supplier and accepts no liability in relation thereto. The members shall resolve any disputes regarding the Cash Coupon with the supplier directly. Price, quota and details of the rewards are subject to change without prior notice in respect of the sales. 6. For the record of purchase (including but not limited to the date and time), FWD Life’s system record shall prevail. FWD Life will not be responsible for any delay, loss, error or unrecognised situation due to computer and / or Internet’s connection, technical problem, malfunction or accident. 
7. FWD MAX will send a confirmation email to members who have successfully redeem the E-Cash Voucher through member’s registered email address and a QR code automatically. Members are required to present the confirmation email and QR code (in your mobile device) in hana-musubi to use the E-Cash Voucher before the expiry date.
8. To facilitate this purpose as stated in clause 7 above, FWD Life may transfer, disclose, grant access to or share the members’ personal data with data processors and service providers within or outside Hong Kong. Members have the right to request access to and, following such access, to request correction (if appropriate) held by FWD Life. Any of such request for access and correction should be made and emailed to fwdmax.hk@fwd.com. 
9. All intellectual property rights in relation to all items of this redemption (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, design and model rights) and other rights (including but not limited to banners, advertising property and concepts rights) shall belong to FWD Life. FWD Life owns the copyright of all photos and videos in relation to this purchase for future uses and references. By joining this purchase, the members are deemed to agree and accept this arrangement. 
10. FWD Life reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the purchase and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.  
11. FWD Life reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of FWD Life and hana-musubi shall be final.
12. Other FWD MAX or the E-Cash Voucher supplier’s (hana-musubi ) terms and conditions apply.  
13. Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this material, the English version shall prevail.
